Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure that all linked accounts, such as iCloud or Google, are signed out and security locks are disabled.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original box with all included accessories and cables, then attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
